1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GLYPH. HUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

 

2. Prohibited Activities
By using our app, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from engaging in any activities that are harmful, disruptive, or illegal. Specifically, you agree not to:

2.1. Spam and Disruptive Behaviour
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming, unsolicited advertising, or other disruptive behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Upload, share, or link to any content containing Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) or other inappropriate or illegal content.

• Share, distribute, or link to any content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Sending unsolicited or unauthorised advertisements, promotional materials, spam, chain letters or any other form of solicitation.

• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious or invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is hateful or discriminatory based on protected characteristics (including but not limited to age, disability, employment activity, gender identity, industrial activity, marital status, parent/carer status, physical features, political belief or activity, pregnancy and breastfeeding, profession/trade/occupation, race, religious belief or activity, sex, sex characteristics, sexual orientation, personal association with someone who has, or is assumed to have, one of these personal characteristics).

• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Stalking or otherwise harassing any other users on the app.

2.2. Interference with App Functionality or Security
You are strictly prohibited from interfering with the proper functioning or security of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the app, or any systems or networks connected to the app or to any of our servers, by any illegitimate means.

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability or breaching the security authentication measures of the app or any network connected to the app, without prior written permission from us.

• Reverse look-up, tracing, or seeking to trace any information on any other user or visitor of the app, including any account not owned by you, to it's source, or exploiting the app in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information (including personally identifying information) other than your own information, as provided for by the app.

• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the app or our systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the app.

• Using any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the app or any other person's use of the app.

• Introducing viruses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

• Tampering with or modifying the app's binary, or using the app on a tampered device (including, but not limited to, a jailbroken, rooted or emulated device), or circumventing any app attestation measures to verify the legitimacy of your device.

 

3. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.

 

4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Triad Edge Design and protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Triad Edge Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

 

7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at 

 

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

 

9. DMCA Claims
If you believe your copyrighted material is being used or distributed through the App without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown request by contacting us at glyphhubv1@gmail.com

 

10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

 

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in New South Wales.
