Account Deletion.

What will and won't be deleted?

  • All of your lists and tasks (both unarchived and archived) will be deleted from our database.

  • Lists you've shared with users will be unlinked from your account, but they will not be deleted.

  • Your contacts/links will be deleted from our database.

  • Your email, username and authentication information will be deleted from our database.

  • Your Unique User ID may still be present in shared lists and other user's contacts/links, but they will no longer be attached to your personal information.

  • No Refund will be provided upon account deletion. All refunds will be handled by Google Play Store & The App Store.

Deleting Your Account.

Before deleting your account, please keep the following in mind:

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.

  • Deleting your account will not automatically grant a refund or terminate your license.

  • You may create a new account at no extra cost if you are a returning customer using the same App Store/Play Store account.

If you would like to request a refund, please do so through the App Store (on iPhone) or the Play Store (on Android).To proceed with account deletion, follow these instructions:

  1. Sign into GLYPH. HUB with the account you want to delete.

  2. Click on the GLYPH. HUB logo on the top left corner of the screen. This will open Settings.

  3. Tap the "Delete my Account" option in the Settings menu.

  4. Carefully read the warning displayed on the screen. If you understand and accept the ramifications of account deletion, tap "Confirm Deletion".

  5. Account deletion will be complete once the app returns to the Login/Sign-up screen.
