Refunds, Subscription Cancellation & Discontinuation Policy (Australia)
1. Refunds
We strive to deliver a high-quality experience through our app. If you encounter a technical issue or believe the app does not meet its advertised functionality, you may be eligible for a refund under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Apple App Store Purchases
Refunds must be requested directly through Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through Apple. -
Google Play Store Purchases
Refunds must be requested through the Google Play Store. You can learn more about Google’s refund policies here. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made via Google Play. -
ACL Protection
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the app:-
Is faulty or does not perform as described

Is unsafe or misleading

Cannot be used for its intended purpose

If you believe your situation qualifies under ACL, please contact our support team with details. We’ll guide you through the appropriate platform’s refund process.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account:

Apple Users:
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select our app → Cancel Subscription. -
Google Users:
Open the Play Store → Tap your profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select our app → Cancel. -
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested through the respective store.
3. Subscription Discontinuation
If we discontinue a subscription plan or remove the app from the store:

You will be notified in advance via email or in-app messaging.

You may be eligible for a prorated refund depending on your remaining subscription period.

Refunds will be processed through Apple or Google, depending on your original purchase method.

We will comply with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law, including offering remedies for major faults or service disruptions.
